Bed night story...

I am still disgusted by the last days cockroaches related events – the last one happening last night in my own room. Though, overall, I consider being more resistant to these creatures than the average people are, I must say that I start feeling a strong repulsion to them.

Imagine (and this happened to me not only once) that while you sleep you hear an persistent scratching on top of the book shelf above your bed, and you know it’s not something you would generally enjoy to see. Or that a short sound made by a plastic bag in the room tells you that they are around… Hence we get to the first story that just happened: a fellow felt from the ceiling on a plastic bag in the room. It was 3:30 AM and I knew what it was! I had to haunt it. I take the cockroach spray and start inspecting the plastic bags corner. There it was, black, shy but still cockroach. I try to spray it but it felt before that in one plastic bag with other plastic bags inside of it. I know I am thinking slowly: what do I have to do… I feel half sleepy. I take the plastic bag and put it in the sink in my bathroom. I know it’s inside cause I can hear him. I take everything from the plastic bag in the sink and then carefully I am searching for the intruder. He is between none of the plastic bags – cause he left exactly on the water outlet. He can’t squeeze though through the holes in the down pipe. So I spray him and watch how it crunching and tormenting to death. I must say I didn’t like doing this. But well I guess I had to do it since I can do it with my mind power…. While watching I was thinking that he is calling for help from his fellows…

And this was the fellow sent by the poor cockroach that I killed in the bath-tube just the evening before. Same scene same actors…

Now the other story is about the warehouse that I just built (it’s a bit inexactly – I built – cause I am not the constructor – but this will be left out of the present subject). The unit one – around 3500sqm – was invaded by cockroaches. The tenant is complaining to me endlessly and after arguing who’s cockroaches are, I had to admit in the end that they are coming from the forest near by so they are ours (so to say). But this is not the thing.
It was not until Friday last week, when I realized the scale of the massacre….

All the spaces between the shelving rows were literally bloody by smashed, stretched like butter on the toast, cockroaches. The forklifts and the people themselves were stepping on the cockroaches. The guys in the warehouse were telling me that they were collecting the cockroaches with the dust trays and brooms…At the beginning (ie a couple of weeks ago), there were only smaller colonies of small bugs that appeared inoffensive, only this time you could see all the cockroaches and the bugs from the forest! Big ones with eggs inside them as well… My Master (ie boss) was telling me that if you kill one it calls for 10 others. As well if you kill a mother cockroach you will have all the offspring springing later on from the eggs released…

How disgusting can it get?
